Charitable donation and ecological gift appraisals in Toronto and the GTA

When you donate land or a property to a qualified charity, the value used for your donation receipt is based on fair market value, and the CRA can review it. An appraisal documents the value.

How it works

Some gifts, such as ecologically sensitive land, have extra certification steps and appraisal requirements. We will confirm what is needed before we quote.
